Arrived on time and the employee was very pleasant and tidy.Never had an aga before so didn't know what to expect.Aga looks much cleaner including the racks inside.However they actual oven inside isn't cleaned other than the doors. Little over priced in my view.

I have spoken to Sam who cleaned your oven. He normally gets all five star reviews for his AGA Gleams so your review was a puzzle. He did the full clean on your AGA, including cleaning the ovens. Your oven was a 2 oven AGA so he wire brushed the inside of the ovens and then swept them out. We can't get them back to as new as they are cast iron. (on 4 oven AGAs we can get the inside of the ovens back to shiny as they are aluminium). He would have also cleaned the 'tunnels' the shiny strip just inside the oven, and removed any burnt on carbon from around the enamel just inside the doors.I am sorry he did not point this out to you.
